Filters for "Completed By", "Opened By", and "Re-Opened By" with Dates

My idea is fairly simple, and reliant on information that already exists within Wrike. I'm looking to create reports and filters based upon who Opens a task, and who Completes a task. Since a single task can also be Re-Opened, and Completed several times, I'm looking for those dates and persons to also be recorded, specifically for recurring tasks.

The use case, is that we use Wrike as a ticketing system, where end users also have access to these tasks. It makes sense to utilize the same task over and over, rather than beginning a new one each time. This helps to record historical changes and provides additional context, without them having to duplicate it over and over. The "Completed By" portion would allow a manager (such as myself) to identify which team members are completing these tasks.

This is at a basic level, and could be expanded to provide this same Person and Date metric on any workflow step.
