Dependency mapping before adding dates is a must add feature

I'm building a project plan and I know how the dependencies for my tasks need to be mapped but I don't know the exact dates yet. As soon as I map the dependency Wrike automatically adds dates which is NOT a good thing. Need to be able to map dependencies without adding dates.

How do I get the dates added? I feel like it used to automatically add now it doesn't! I need them automatically added, please help!
