View Wrike Dashboards in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams integration
Dear all,
For some smaller and distributed projects that also involve people who are not capable of, or willing to getting acquainted with Wrike, Microsoft Teams Integration is probably the second best option for working with Wrike.
Today you CAN integrate projects, folders and spaces but you CANNOT integrate dashboards.
Although you can visualise task lists in Teams, working with standard task lists in Teams is not convenient as these lists tend to become quite big and are indiscriminatory on the task owner or the status rendering them virtually useless.
So being able to also visualise Wrike Dashboards in Microsoft Teams would be awesome.
Cheers,
Marnix
Thank you for posting your suggestion Marnix Housen, I will now pass it on to our Product team 👍

I agree with Max. I was considering using Wrike to manage my team's tasks and having a dashboard but just notice that I can't use a dashboard at all with a Microsoft Teams Base Plan. So, unfortunately, I won't be able to use Wrike.
Hi Anderson Reis, welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear this won't work for you. If there's anything at all I can help you with, please let me know.

Hi Lisa,
me and my team have the same issue as Marnix as the task lists get too long, resulting in a poor overview.
I am honestly a bit shocked that it is not possible to integrate Dashboards into Teams yet - what is the status of this feature?
Best regards!
Hi Jannes Path, welcome to Wrike Community 🙂 Thank you for sharing your feedback! I checked with our Product team responsible for dashboards, and for now, they don't have such plans. Please rest assured this suggestion is passed on to the team and if we have any updates in the future, we'l let you know.
Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Hello,
We are having the same issue as my team plans multiple events per month and the task lists are so long. I created a dashboard that pulls our "schedule of events" together in a simple format, but just found out that I cannot add it to our MS Team since Wrike doesn't have that functionality yet. I also want to throw this suggestion in, hopefully dashboards can be added to the Teams integration list soon. Thank you!
Hey Deana Gilkinson! Welcome to the community, and thank you for sharing your feedback and use case. I have forwarded this to our product team for consideration. We will keep you in the loop if anything changes. 😊

It would be a huge help if Wrike Dashboards could be viewed directly in Microsoft Teams. Dashboards are our single source of truth for program status and reporting, but most of our executives don’t log into Wrike on a regular basis. Being able to pull those dashboards into Teams would give them quick, real-time visibility without having to navigate into another platform.
This would really close a big gap for us and make the Wrike/Teams integration much more useful across the business.
Welcome to the Community, and thank you for the feedback, Megan Morrow. It’s with our Dashboard team now. 😊👍🏽
