Dashboards - Drag and Drop Tasks Between Custom Work Flow Statuses
Looking for some help in setting up my dashboard as a kanban board. We have create a custom work flow with a number of new statuses within the 'ACTIVE' group. Our statuses within the 'ACTIVE' group are Queue, In Progress, Internal Review, and Client Review.
I setup a dashboard with a widget for each one of the statuses. I want to be able to drag and drop a task from the 'In Progress' status to the 'Internal Review' status, from one widget to another. However, when I try to do so, I get the error message 'You can't drop a task because it's already there'.
It appears that you can only drag and drop tasks between statuses that cross the default status groups (ACTIVE, COMPLETED, DEFERRED, CANCELLED). Is this the case? Would love to be able to drag and drop tasks between widgets and have the status of the task updated using the custom work flows we have setup.

Hi Keir,
If you want to work Kanban style you can go into the folder and select the "Board" view, then you have all the statuses in a Kanban style view and can drag/drop between the statuses.
If you want to work with the dashboard you'll have to make one folder/status and add to the dashboard, then you can drag and drop there:)
