Reschedule tasks of other users
Hi,
Is it possible to switch off the possibility to change a task which is not assigned to yourself?
The members of our team are individually responsible for their own planning. So I do not want that a colleague can reschedule the tasks that are assigned to me.
Hi Marine, welcome to the forums :). You can user Folder Permissions to limit people rights within certain Folders/Projects. People will still be able to take certain actions on tasks, but they won't be able to reschedule task dates. That said, I think a good best practice is to discuss standard policies. For example, internally our team knows that you should only reschedule tasks which you are directly responsible for and because that is standard operating procedure, people are able to have full access to tasks. I know that is more of a best practice (rather than a feature) but do you think that could work for your team?
