[Status: Backburner ⌛️] Company Directory
It would be nice to have someplace in Wrike that lists the Groups we've made as well as showing who belongs to those groups that's accessible by the average user.
We use @mentions heavily and the ability to @mention a group is terrific and it would be nice for a user to know what groups are available to @mention as well as who's in those groups.
It can also provide somewhat of a company Org chart within Wrike.
I like the idea! This would help us too :)
Using Search and entering the group name give the right results in the User section for us. (except for a group not used for any project) If it is a fluke or by design, I don't know, but at least it might give an "indication" of group members with less clicking.
Hi Fredrik, it depends on what Folder/Project you're looking at. If you go to your Folder tree and click your account name at the top of your Folder tree (the one with the bullet point beside it) you should be able to use the above workaround to see all Groups and Users.
Give it a try and let me know how you get on!
Great Community effort to get this to the 60 vote mark!
Speaking with the Product Team, it's certainly something they think about developing often. It's simply not on the roadmap right now but this may change in the future and I'll keep you updated when that happens. Status updated to Backburner 👍
Hi everyone! I checked with the team, and the suggestion, though very interesting, is not on the short-term roadmap currently. I'll let you know if that changes, and thank you again for your support for the suggestion!

I need something similar - we are growing and not everyone knows the team structures well. This suggestion would help in both @mentioning the right people AND sharing in a correct way. It might be useful to see the team members in a group when you hover over group after @mentioning them?
Thanks!
Hi Iline Steyaert, thank you for sharing your suggestions here, I'm passing on your feedback to the team👍🏼
