Wrike bot in collaborators

Hello,

I see a Wrike bot in collaborators list. Can I delete it?

Hi Nikola! We use the Wrike Bot to help facilitate notifications and automated actions. For example, if you're submitting a Request form, the Wrike Bot helps with that process (by adding the resulting task into a specific Folder, or adding an assignee). There's no way to delete it, but it doesn't take up any paid user seats, so you'll just see it listed while it helps out in the Workspace. :)

The Wrike Bots I have sitting in my collaborators do seem to be taking up paid spots. Or, I have 16 users that are paid, I have 2 wrike bots and my total users are showing as 18.

Hi Sara! Wrike Bots will show in the list, but they do not take up any paid user seats. The count at the top of the page includes both users and Collaborators, but they sit in different categories. I went ahead and checked your account details just in case too, and rest assured that the bots are not taking any of the seats intended for your team :) Let me know if you have any other questions!

Each member of our team has been getting email alerts when Wrike Bot @ mentions them. It's just noise in our email inboxes and people have been complaining to me. Is there a way to either not get email alerts when Wrike Bot mentions us or to disable Wrike Bot? I tried deleting the Wrike Bot user but that function doesn't seem to work for that particular user.

Hi Will, you can go to your profile (top right corner of the workspace). Go to the 'Email subscription' tab there, and they can then choose what email notifications they get from the Wrike bot and other email notification preferences. By scrolling to Product Update Reminders at the very end of that page you can disable the bot's notifications there.

Give it a try and let me know if this helps 👍
