Hi Bertrand, thanks for asking here! It could be possible that there haven't been any tasks that met the criteria during that timeframe. Here's the info about which tasks are shown in the email:

• Active tasks assigned to you, where today’s date falls between the task’s scheduled start and due dates, today’s date is one of the start or due dates, or the task is overdue.
• Tasks which you created and whose due date has passed. 

If there are tasks in these categories and an email should have been sent about them, please let me know!
