Hi Vitaliy! The Wrike website isn't optimized for mobile devices, but we have fully functional mobile apps to make sure you can get the most out of Wrike features on portable devices :) We actually just released an updated Android app version, including updates to Reports. Happy to answer any questions about this!
But task panel in mobile app is not available
Hi again, Vitaliy! Could you please let me know which attributes you're missing in the task panel?
Hello,
I also agree. Mainly because I have a windows phone and there are no apps for that.
I also have gave up on the desktop App because it does not bring any benefit in relation to the browser access.
Hi Stephen,
This does not really work. With Microsoft Edge the setting for open desktop website is a general one, so to change it means to change the way all websites open...
And, by the way, it also does not work because finally the desktop website does not open in any case. It starts loading but never opens...
N
App is missing board view which is the only view I use - please advise how to get to website and avoid app. Thank you. It used to work - but it doesn’t seem to any longer.
@Mareike Stephen has written some instructions, is that working for you?
My problem is that I cannot find the permalink information anywhere in the mobile app. So when I am trying to forward or link things to a task item, I am stranded when I'm on the mobile app. Am I missing where this information is located in the mobile app or is it something that needs to be added?
so I've just tried again and realize that I can force the desktop site on my Android mobile at least for the purposes of copying the permalink I need. So this is a reasonable work around, but having the permalink available inside the mobile app would probably save six or seven clicks every time I need to do this. again, perhaps there is a complete work around that is better than looking up the permalink on the desktop site so I'm all ears if someone has a better way
Hi Jason! I was actually really happy when this was released. You should be able to open a task, click on the three-dot menu button in the top-right, and then select "Copy permalink". Let me know if you don't see it.
yes, I do see that. However that permalink is just the web URL to the task. It does not contain the other options that the web version has, which includes the subject for the email, and the email address to directly send to, which is what I need. Thanks again for the response!
@Jason ah I understand now, I can see how that would help! If you could add a new thread to the Product Feedback section, that will allow our Product Team to more easily see the request and let others upvote your suggestion (if they are looking for similar functionality).
How do I access user admin on app or open desktop site on phone
