Completada

It would be helpful to only see active projects in the left navigation pane.

Hi Matt! Thanks for posting this here!

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but we recently wrote a post with a few suggestions on how to store completed Projects. Check out the post here

@Matt So so happy to tell you that the option to hide completed and canceled Projects was released today! Check it out and let me know what you think :) You can filter by clicking the filter icon to the left of the filter field at the top of the Folder panel.

In case you can't tell, my feelings on the release: 😍🙌💃

Stephanie,

It is helpful the option to hide completed projects is in the Folder Panel however there is no way to hide these completed projects in the List View on the right where Projects and Tasks can be viewed.

Will this be released at some point? It would be helpful to have this as a feature as well.

@Manuel Hey, thanks for bringing this up here and sorry for the long reply. For now, you can't hide completed projects from the List view. I'll get back to you here when I have news on this one.

Lisa,

Any update yet on being able to hide completed projects in the List View?  It sure seems like it would be a simple addition to either:

1) the menu that already lets us show/hide things like "Durations" and "Folder Names".

or

2) Filter - so that it would be "All Active Projects & Tasks" rather than just "All Active Tasks"

But one of those really needs to be implemented.  Any ETA?

Hi Wrike Team,

I second Kent's request to hide completed projects in the list view directory shown on the left side of the platform.  Now that projects can maintain the same workflow as tasks, they should (similar to tasks) be hidden from the list view if they are complete.  This would ensure the overall hierarchy of things does not get cluttered with irrelevant information!

Regards,

Aaron

I think Matt's issue still isn't quite resolved yet either. We have the same issue with having to move our completed projects into an "archive" folder, which isn't really the best solution. I would expect Projects to work similar to tasks in the way that once finished, they no longer show up unless someone is specifically looking for it.

The left navigation starts getting quite cluttered when there are multiple projects going on at once. The archive folder creates another level of folders that are unnecessary and confuse the navigation.

Hey everyone, hiding completed projects in List View is currently being investigated by our Product team. I would recommend upvoting this thread and sharing your use cases there as well, as these would help the team in their discussions about this suggestion.

If you have any other questions, be sure to let me know 😊

Has this been resolved? I am unable to hide the completed projects from my list or table views.

Hi Kent Schumann, welcome to the Community! When you filter out projects by status, the projects with a different status than the one defined by the filter appear grayed out in the New Table View:
