How to Make Wrike More User Friendly with More Admin Space Customization and Restrictions
How to get more Wrike newbies using and loving the platform you say? Wrike should allow admins to simplify Wrike for their staff by having the ability to hide and lock a lot of the functionality of Wrike making it more user-friendly. Essentially taking the idea of the workflow on a Space level, where Projects, Folders, and Item Types are all part of the workflow.
For example:
Admins should be able to program Wrike so non-admins can only make certain Custom Project or Folder types per Space. Those Project and Folder types are pre-programmed to only allow for certain other Custom Project or Folder types to be nested in them. All custom Project and Folder types only show the Custom Views that admins enable, the non-admin user can't hide or edit them. For each view, non-admin users can only select certain Custom Item Types, for each Custom Item Type the non-admin user can only select certain other Sub-Custom Item Types. This would make Spaces extremely legible to a Wrike newby and allow for quick-onboarding and systems implementation.
What this solves:
Makes Wrike super user-friendly and simple for a non-admin user. Only showing non-admin users buttons they should click when it's time to click them :) Currently, there are too many buttons and the kids get overwhelmed and start doing the wrong things and using it the wrong way...

In general, our team has these ideas in mind when introducing Custom item types, and we hope that this addition has made and will continue to improve the experience of all users, and of course, the new users.
