Hi Ashleigh Ballard, This is usually due to an incorrect value in the table. In this case, it's telling you whatever is in row 3 of the file is not readable by Wrike. Without seeing a screengrab I would just check row 3 to make sure it matches with the column headers. Make sure task status language matches exactly how it looks in Wrike for example.
Thanks, Eric. Below is the screenshot from my Excel file
I noticed that the dates were not in mm/dd/yyyy format, so I updated that. However, I am still unable to import.
Is "not started" matching up with your workflow? Looks like you might have exported this from Wrike partially built. Did you add or remove any columns? Been a month or two since I did an excel build and import. I'll take a look again tomorrow to see if anyone else has had a good answer.
Hi Ashleigh Ballard. My guess is that you are missing the leading "/" for the items declared as Folders (highlighred in gray in you Excel). hope it works for you !
Merry Xmas !
Hi Ashleigh Ballard,

the problem is with column C "Task Status". By default you have to add task status with standard group name see here documentation.
To add your customized Task Status you need to add a column with Workflow name.
Hi Ashleigh Ballard, here you have an example of the way I declare my columns to import tasks that use my custom workflow (as Pietro Poli mentions above). Hope it helps.
