More Ability on Project Reporting and Added Features in Dashboard

Hi! I am coming out of Salesforce and have had a much more robust reporting system in the past. A few functions that would help me from a manager's level in reporting are the following: 

📌 Ability to filter within a dashboard - right now I have an "Open Projects" Dashboard that is sorted by Project Type in each widget. It is a very helpful high level view. But, if I had the ability to filter within that Dashboard and view things by assignee or completed vs open that would be huge. Right now I have about 8 of the "same" dashboard but each is just saved with separate filters applied (1 for each direct report, 1 for open projects, 1 for projects closed this month, 1 for projects closed last month).

📌 Ability to view a Dashboard in a report format - even just viewing a widget's information in a report. Similar to the above, the dashboard gives a great quick view of information, but I need to report out on what is in progress and what has been completed to my boss and my bosses boss. So, I have my dashboard that I use on the day to day but then I have a report view of the same information that I export and share with the team. If there was a way to view the widget or dashboard in a report it would greatly eliminate some of my extra "Tools". 

📌 Ability to view a Dashboard in a more analytical view - for example projects by status in a pie chart (i.e. 30% are in design, 10% are in development). Right now, I have separate dashboards with each widget focused on each phase, but if there was a way to get these analytics in one view it would be very helpful. Another use case (similar to the view at the task level), # of total projects and then the breakdown of how many have been assigned to each user.
