Filter Analyze Report by URL Parameter

Hi!
I've create some reports, with Analyze to give to all employees to track their performances, their time tracking, progress with projects ect.
We have a single report for all employees I each of them, when come on report have to find their name in a table and select it to filter all other widget.

Is there any way to filter, one of the table using a parameter in URL, like https://www.wrike.com/workspace.htm?acc=XXXXX#reports/XXXXXX&user={name of the employee}
