Request status update
Hi,
I remember having seen a button to request status update for a task, but I cannot find this button anymore.
Google doesn't help much and the only official information I found on Wrike webpage is this Request status update automatically (wrike.com), but it doesn't say where the button/link is located.
Has Wrike removed this function or can someone help me to find it?
Hi Kenneth, welcome to the Community, and thank you for posting. Request status update feature was sunsetted in mid-January 2021. You can find the information about the sunset in our weekly release notes.
I can move your post to our Product Feedback forum if you'd like it to be submitted as a product request. At the same time, I wanted to ask if you have any automation rules for status updates. I believe creating rules such as @mention assignee or a user when status doesn't change or changes etc. can help with the reminder functionality.
