Workload make percentage of overallocation visible

In workload you see when a person is overallocated a red color (see image). Problem is if the person is only 1h overallocated or 100h it looks the same. Good would be to have a visual mark if the overallocation is small or big. A suggestion for this you find in the image.

Make a dark red coloring for the amount of overallocation. This dark red should reach the complete filling when the overallocation is 100% (so double amount as allowed workload). This would show if the overallocation is just a few minutes or if it is critical and help very much to get a quick overview.
