Roll up not available for some team members

Hi there Wrike Community, 

 

Some people in the Org I'm working with cannot see the Roll Up options (either Branch or Item) when they right click on a parent task in the Gantt view. I can, but I do have admin permissions. I think it's weird that this is permissions related. Can you confirm if they need some special rights to be able to do that?

Hi Renato Angelo, all users (except collaborators) on all paid accounts can use date rollup. Please let me know if this helps🙋🏻‍♀️

Thanks for your reply. I don't know what's happening then. I just checked and the users that are unable to use rollup are "Regular Users" and the account is indeed a paid account. 

What else could be causing them not to see this feature?

i do have the same problem. It works with an account of a co-worker (same user lvl), but not for me.

Is there a solution for this issues already?

Welcome to the forums, Felix Stützer 👋 I can see you've also discussed this with our Support team, but for everyone else - Rolling up dates from the Gantt chart can be enabled individually from Wrike Labs 👍

I have a coworker who has the same permissions and I do, and she is unable to see the roll up options (Branch or Item) on any projects we have created. What could be causing this?

Hi Stefano Gelain, welcome to the Community 👋 Could you please confirm that your colleagues have the option to "Roll Up Dates in Gantt Chart" enabled from Wrike Labs? It needs to be done in order to use this feature.

I also have the same issue. Does every regular user needs to go to Wrike lab and enable it? Is there a way to enable it at once? TIA!
