Exclude Weekends from Approval Due Dates

When using approvals, Wrike doesn't allow us to choose only days in the workweek. Even though we have weekends excluded from our account, the approvals count the weekends as dates and can actually land on a weekend. The approval length should include only the days that are in our work week and approvals should not be due on a weekend.

Our review SLA's range from 1-7 days depending on the task & review type. I have a report that pulls in the average length of time a task is in each status (this is how we distinguish who is reviewing and how long they have for the review). If a task with a review timeframe of 2 days is put through on a Friday afternoon, it will most likely not be reviewed until Monday/Tuesday which throws our metrics off. The report shows that our reviewers are not meeting their SLAs, even though 90% of the time they are.

In the report, I could multiply the review length by 5/7ths, but this would skew more data than it fixes.

I guess this feedback addresses 2 items:

1. The approval length should include only the days that are in our work week and approvals should not be due on a weekend.

2. Create a way in Wrike Analytics to accurately show the length of time a task is in a status, excluding non working days.
