"Citrix Cloud Migration CookBook"-Template in Wrike
Hi together,
as neither Wrike-, nor Citrix-Support could help with this, I'm trying to gather help from the community now.
Some months ago, Citrix confirmed that there's a "Citrix Cloud Migration Cookbook"-Template available for Wrike-customers. Even inside SalesIQ, there were some guides.
We couldn't find it within the "Engineering & IT"-Templates, nor Blueprints. I tried myself as regular Wrike-user, but also our internal Wrike-Admin couldn't find it.
Wrike-Support pointed us into the direction of "technical" Citrix-Support, but they rejected that inquiry & sent me back to Wrike-Support.
Not sure if someone of you faced similar issues.
BTW: We started to leverage Wrike in 2017 already.

Your Support-Team managed to get this sorted - we were now enabled to leverage the template.
Just to share the findings for the community:
- Administrative Permissions in Wrike were required to publish it for regular "Wrike-Users"
-> as it's leveraging 'Custom Workflows', it had to be made available by a Wrike-Admin first
- In addition, UI had to be English to make it visible for our Wrike-Admin
-> We had the German UI enabled
-> Once made available, it was also visible with German UI
-> Support-Team raised a feature-request to make it available also for other UI-languages
