Annoying and useless chat popping up on all pages

The chat widget in the bottom right corner is absolutely useless.

1) I'm currently located in Japan, and despite using the English interface, this chat asks me in Japanese.

2) I clicked something randomly and now it always pops up showing our "dialog" with a bot and NO option to write something again! 

It says you've got everything, shut up! And it's extremely annoying because it pops up and expands again and again but doesn't allow me to write anything in the chat! 

Please fix this piece of thing.
