Guest Review count toward Overall Approval
Hello All. We are trying to create a new workflow here which includes our clients (guest reviewers) into our approval processes. Generally we have 2-3 internal Wrike users on our approvals and one or two clients. I have set up some workflows to allow the task to change its STATUS and flow between an Active, Deferred and Completed task based on the outcome of the approval process. Our goal was to remove pending reviews from our TO-DO list, have them Populate a Deferred list while waiting on review and then Have them auto Marked as Complete (based on full approval) or be marked as Rejected and populated back into our To-Do lists. All of that is set up and seems to be working exactly as we intended, but, the major issue that's causing a kink in all of this is that the GUEST REVIEW does not count toward the total review status. If all of our internal reviewers hit approve, the task is auto-changing its status regardless of wether the guest review occurred or what the guest review even was.
Hopefully that clears up what we're trying to do.
So my question is, is there a way and how do we make that Guest Review count in the same way our internal reviews do in order for this workflow to occur correctly?
Currently it looks like this: Wrike Reviewers 0/3 Guest Reviewers 0/1
But can make that work in more of a 0/4 Reviewers context.

Thank you for posting and sharing your use case here. I'm afraid there is no way to merge two processes since one runs as a Guest Review and one as Approval within Wrike users in your account. As a workaround, I can suggest starting an Approval with the same due date of the Guest Review and completing it manually after receiving confirmation from your client.
