Copy/Move Attachment Enhancements
Hi all,
I thought it best to start a post for Copy/Move Attachment Enhancements since we've been having some functionality issues.
Problem: Finding a task in a project to move an attachment to is not as straightforward as it should be. If you have a consistent naming convention for tasks and have not recently clicked on the task you want to move your attachment to, it is very difficult to find. 99.99% of the time we are moving an attachment to a task within a project.
Current workaround: Users have to click on the task they want to move an attachment to for it to show up when clicking Select task.
Proposed solutions:
- Solution 1 - The task dropdown shows all project tasks first and then shows most recent tasks.
- Solution 2 - Add a button link called: Select task inside this project which would then show a dropdown with only that project's tasks.
