My To Do - Table Format
Hi,
Can you please have an option to view 'My To Do' in a Table format please?
Ideally I want to order the columns in the table as follows:
- Project Name
- Task (& subtask) title
- Status
- Start Date
- Due Date

My team would benefit extremely from having different view options in their To-do list. Most of us use the table view since we have so many tasks. It would be great if we could see custom fields and be able to toggle them off and on depending on needs. For example, we have a "Notes" field and would love to be able to edit and make updates for my team within my list easily without having to navigate into the task. Thank you!
Hi Sara Wahlund! You should be able to make fields visible using the "Fields" menu in the New Table view and edit them right from the table as well! Please let me know if you'd like to discuss this option 🙂

Any update on when the My To-Do's will receive the complete overhaul they deserve? Table view, sorting capability by project? Sorting capability by status?
Hi Barbara Ward! Although our team doesn't have specific plans for My to do at the moment, it would be interesting to learn more about your use case! One thing that comes to mind is the new dashboards that you could try to use instead: they currently provide a selection of visualization options!

Thanks Lisa. I am hoping to make my own personal To-Do list more robust using Wrike. Perhaps I am missing something but using the new dashboard only pulls in tasks assigned to me.
I understand Barbara Ward! With new dashboards, you can create custom widgets
And then you can customize it by showing the fields you need, choosing the visualization, applying filters, choosing data source, choosing metrics, and breaking data by different parameters.
