Actionable Meeting for Zoom - Feedback

After testing the new Zoom integration, we feel it's quite one dimensional, only dealing with tasks.  We are hoping Wrike develops this further to be able to access and edit projects and folders as well as other tools and features such as dashboards, reports, etc.  A few other requests for improvement and questions:

  • Start Meeting or Send should invite everyone on the task to the meeting
  • View Dashboards and other tools instead of only tasks
  • Be able to choose which folders or spaces to choose from
  • Question - Does the zoom cloud recording pull from Wrike storage?
  • Question - Where did the zoom cloud recording go?

For your questions on cloud storage:

You can choose to add meeting recordings and chat transcripts to a Wrike task so you can share them with your teammates. Please note that you need a Zoom Pro license to use this functionality. When starting a recording, please make sure that you save the recording to the cloud, so it can be attached to a Wrike task.
  1. While you’re in a Zoom call, open Actionable Meetings (click Apps at the bottom of your screen and select Actionable Meetings by Wrike from the list of installed apps).
  2. Open a task from the list (or create a new one).
  3. Switch the toggle button next to Automatically add cloud recording link to the task.
As soon as the recording (together with the chat transcript) is ready, the link to it will be added to the selected task as a comment and you’ll see a notification about it from Wrike.
Please note that both video and chat transcripts will be shared with anyone who has access to this task.

Hi there, 

 

I love this function, the only issue I am running across is that I can't create zoom links in wrike on a task. Clicking the three dots in the top corner should give me that option since I enabled it, but for some reason it's  not on the menu??

Can admins create zoom links or does it have to be subscriber owner? 
Just curious, I tried logging in and out to see if maybe it just needed to be updated but nada.
