Wrike Proof - Video review frame counter

Based on feedback from of our video editors and testing against an existing review tools, the Wrike time counter is only accurate to the second.

And when it comes to reviewing edits a second is a long time. Wrike supports advancing frame by frame but does not reflect that in the counter.

Frame info should also be included in the comment time stamp.
