Refining Blueprints
Does anyone have any tips, when mapping a pre-existing process to a Blueprint, to ensure the Blueprint is lean and to avoid over-tasking?

We try to streamline the number of tasks by only creating a new task when the work changes hands. If there are multiple steps a contributor needs to take, we put them in the task description as a checklist so nothing gets forgotten.
