Allow for more 'sort by' options on widgets in Dashboard View

Right now the sort by options in the dashboard widgets are very limited.   I would love to see sort by assignee or custom field.  

If I had I had sort by assignee I could see a kanban board with swimlanes per employee and their tickets 

If I had sort by custom fields I could prioritize our projects by ICE score (Impact, Confidence, Ease)  which help tells us which marketing project will yield the most benefit.

I would love this feature!  I would love to be able to sort/group items by some of my custom fields!!!
