Access denied message on app (windows 64 bits)

When I open the Wrike app for windows, I get a message saying "Access is denied. You don't have access to this account." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but the problem persists.

I am also getting 'Access Denied' when using the App. Unfortunately opening another tab doesn't seem to work as this is also 'Access Denied'

Is there some troubleshooting fixes we can try from getting these access denied messages when trying to log in? Clear browsing data, clear cache, clear cookies? Have an employee who can not log in to an account he has had for a while on a browser.

I also am  having the same issue - When I open the Wrike app for Windows, I get this message: "Access denied. You don't have access to this account." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. The app has no place to login or logout.

I was able to fix the problem myself. Tech support was really no help at all. :( When you are in the app, click on the three dots on the left side of the app. Then click on History. Then clear storage and this popped up a login screen. If you have gotten to this message you have read a lot of other peoples messages. Hope this works for you.
