Custom Fields Best Practices - Wrike Analyze

Hi Community,

I'm struggling to find workarounds for filtering on custom fields in Wrike Analyze. As I understand it, you can't filter on two custom fields at once.

We have custom fields for 1) groups we're supporting and 2) project priority levels and would like to see visualizations that combine these metrics.

Could we solve this by relying on Task Importance for priority level so that it's not a custom field? Would that be better practice?

Thanks!
Olivia

Hi Lisa,

Actually the more I read it looks like we still can't assign priority levels to projects which is the crux of the problem. :(

Hey Olivia! There is currently no way to assign a priority level to a project in the same way as a task. I would recommend reading this best practice post from a Community member for tips on how to assign priorities to projects in folders.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, be sure to let me know.
