Organize Title form entries other than question order

Hello,

I see there have been questions asked over a the years regarding questions on forms populating the title. I haven't seen any resolution, so I'm ask again.

Is it possible to have the ability to reorganize the responses of questions that have the designation of Title other than reordering the questions on the form?

Example: One of the first thing my form asks is what is the Name of the Project, Then later on a different page it asks for a Company Name. But I want the title of the project to be listed by Company - Project Name.

Currently to do that I must ask what the company is before the name of the project.

Please advise.
