Calculated Fields for Request Forms

Hi, 

Coming from working with another product (Workfront), I was wondering if similar capabiltiies were possible with request forms.

Specifically, I'm looking to be able to use calculated fields in custom forms so that if the user selects a certain item, another field can pop up or be triggered based on the selection.

For example, we have several types of marketing pieces being requested of us to create. Based on the type of piece they select, I'd like different options to show up for them to fill out. 

Ex. IF "Image Re-size" is selected, THEN "Image Dimensions" to appear. This field would not be needed for say, a video request as it is not relevant to that type of piece. Workfront basically used logic similar to Excel to make this work, (i.e. If/Then statements with custom fields) 

Currently, the only solve for this is making a form for each type of asset. This is not currently realistic as there are 20+ assets which can also be combinations or multiple assets.
