Request form - checkboxes with only 1 choice

Hi, we could really use an option regarding the checkbox system where you can limit the users number of choices.

The case is that I need the user to point out a temperature in a business case. The temperature can only be one of the listed options of course but they can pick all of them if they want to and leave the next person with no usefull information.
