OOO/UNAVAILABLE - Option per user not to rescheduled task.

Hello Guys,

Would it be possible to add a checkbox of some sort for when you setup an Unavailable time, your task are not automatically re-scheduled ?

We work in Team and when multiple people are assigned to the same tas, it's not because "Kevin" is on holiday that the task is delayed for everyone...

Maybe could be an idea that it's on project level or somewhere :) !
