Further customization/consistency of confirmation email template
When I modify the automated task creation from a request form I can specify that it use the form subject as the task name. However, when the user who created the request gets the confirmation email, it has the "request ID" in the email body. The problem is that when you use the subject as the task name, that "request ID" is no longer anywhere to be found in the task. So, if the user asks me what the status of "request ID 12345678", I have no idea which one that is unless I ask them the title of their request...makes the system seem incomplete. It would be nice to be able to modify the variable contents of the confirmation email as well as what is currently available.
