Required Fields for Time Tracking

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to make "Category" a required field for time tracking so people couldn't forget to add it to a category. Right now our team is spending a lot of time editing old time entries to reflect the appropriate categories.

Huge bump - we waste at least an hour each week making sure this happens manually

This would be an extremely helpful feature for out team. Right now we have an extra administrative step for our team there are no time entries without a category assigned. It should be an option you can select to require categories with time entries in your account. Any update would be great!

I would love this too. Also, I would like the time entry comment to be required. Currently I have to police both entering the category and the comment after the fact.

Same here.  We would like to set both Category and Comment fields as REQUIRED for time entry.

Not sure how different this is from this request: [Status: Backburner ⌛️] Set "Required" custom fields – Wrike Help Center , but I'm adding my vote.

In our case, we want to ensure that "effort" is filled out before a task can be marked "complete."
