Auto Assign based on Workflow using Request forms

Can the request form use the default workflow of the folder that task is being placed into to auto assign a user?

I did some testing.  We have a request form that creates a task and places it into a specific folder, depending on which items are selected. We do not have the request form assign the task, instead, we want the Default Workflow of the folder to auto assign based on the workflow. This does not happen. I have to update my request form every time someone changes position or the task is assigned to someone new.  

Am I missing a link or a button or something?
