Adding pictutre to request form

Just wondering is it possible to add a picture to the request form in Wrike ?

Hey Pejman, welcome to the Community 🙂
When creating a Request Form (Account admins and Space admins on Business and Enterprise accounts can create Request forms), you can add the 'Upload' type of question to allows users to upload an attachment.
