Using task durations to create overall plan

I run multiple projects per year that have exactly the same tasks with similar durations for every project. I would like to provide a project start date and use all my existing tasks with duration and dependencies to have the tool calculate all the activity dates that I could provide to others.

Hi Austin,

It looks like you are wanting to set up a template that you can build out durations and dependencies. It is best to probably build this out using the Blue Prints portion of Wrike, as then these tasks would not be counted for your metrics. Then when starting a new project you can simple create the project from the blueprint, give it a prefix name, and set either the start date or the due date of the project and everything would then get assigned out based on if you had assignees in the Blue Print Template or you could then assign once the duplciation process was complete.

Hope this helps.
