Can you make changes to tasks in a "report", and the changes show up in the project?
Hi, I use a report that shows each project and all tasks by person responsible.
At our weekly update meetings we go through the tasks and update tasks; move a date in or out; maybe assign to a different person, and change status.
The question, can I do that directly in the report and then do those changes map directly back to project task.
I'd think so, but before I do this I wanted to ask if it is possible and how then do you do it?
Yes when you click on the task and edit from the reports section, you are making the changes directly to the task. Those changes will then reflect directly back to the project.
