Importing tasks to a project from Excel - 'Import Failed'
I've tried several times to import some tasks from Excel into Wrike with no luck. The only message I see at the bottom of the screen is a yellow box that says 'Import Failed'.
I've tried both .xlsx and .xls file formats and get the same result with each. I downloaded the template and I'm using the headings provided there.
Any thoughts on what went wrong? Screenshot below of my import file.
It might be the "/" in your task title. Have you tried removing it?
Hi Ryan - thanks for the response. I understood from the template that was how you indicated a folder - meantime it sounds like it's related to some configuration our project team has done. They're going to try to bring my Excel into MS Project and bring it in that way. I'll probably just delete this conversation as I don't think it's relevant for most user. Appreciate the help though -
