Does the Professional plan include Gantt charts? I don't see this in the Free plan.

I am trying to sign up for the $9.80 plan and the platform keeps pushing me to the $24.80 plan with no option to go with the $9.80 plan, which is the plan of choice. We can't get to anywhere on-site to register for the $9.80 plan.
