High Level Gantt Overview
Hi,
New to Wrike. I have set up a folder structure that looks like this:
Design Team>Active Projects>Design>Project 1, 2, 3
Design Team>Active Projects>Copywriting>Project 1, 2, 3
Design Team>Backlog>Design>Project,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Design Team>Backlog>Copywriting>Project,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
I'd like to set up a Gantt view that shows just the project name and the forecast duration. So senior management can see a bird's eye view of the all our current & upcoming work.
I can create a Report, but Gantt View.
In the Gantt View, the default on load is all tasks for all projects.
Dashboard does nothing like this.
Hopefully I'm missing something as this is an important part of our planning process.
Hi Debbie, welcome to the Community 🙂 Have you tried clicking "Collapse All" above the Gantt Chart? It allows to only see collapsed projects within a folder:
