I am trying to set up my scanner to send scanned documents directly to a wrike task. I added the wrike task email address that displays under permalink to my scanner. However, the documents are not being sent. How can I fix this?

Hi Aashna, happy to see you on the Community 🙂 The email from which you send info into the account should be added into Wrike as a user to be able to use the Email Integration. So, if you can "invite" your scanned to your Wrike account, then it should work. Hope it helps 🙌
