Resources across multi-projects

Hi All

We have set up several project folders with further projects, tasks and sub-tasks within. Below is a screenshot of the high level Gantt chart. I have highlighted two high level tasks for Rich H. Because they are on separate projects Wrike has allowed work to conflict, but without raising as a conflict.

I don't want to make the second task a successor of the first as they are unrelated. I would have expected the software to have flagged or set the work to start later that day.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Jordan, happy to see you on the Community 🙂 For Resource allocation, Wrike provides the Workload feature to manage your team members’ workload capacity, plan work allocation, and prioritize Tasks based on their capacity. Please check out our Help Center for details on Workload Charts. I'll be happy to answer your further questions on Workload and Gantt Chart functionalities 👍
