Template - Notifications in email - overdue

Beantwortet

Good morning.

I have set up the Wrike software to email me every morning the overdue tasks.  The workflow template is set up by our on site Wrike guru.  The template is currently showing everything is overdue.

Can I modify the notifications so that my e-mail does not show that I have overdue tasks in the template?

Our Wrike Guru does not permit me to mark the tasks in the template as complete as it then disrupts the dates in the work flow.

Ideas on settings?

The Template tasks need to be set to complete, deferred or canceled. The dates in the workflow only matter if there are dependencies associated with each task, and this will continue to work even when the tasks are marked as complete. When you copy copy the template you will then create a start date or an end date and all the dependencies will date them selves accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Convert the Templates to Blueprints, the new feature available through labs. Then the tasks won't show anywhere until activated and placed in a folder or task.
