Work Schedules for different Groups
We are working with Wrike to connect our international Teams. I have several Groups in 4 different locations. It would be great to have automatically the public holidays of a City / Country in Wrike. Today I have to add all public holidays for 4 Locations in to the 4 different work schedules by myself.
I take the public holidays from a website fir Germany (Hesse), France, HongKong and China.
In Addition I would like to Publish these public holidays somehow visible for the full team (for example in calendar) without creating anything double

I agree, that would be a fantastic option, to auto populate work schedules with holidays, and multiple Countries too!
In the interim, to have everyone see all the holidays, create a Folder in Wrike Called Holidays. From that, create a Calendar, and share the calendar with everyone. Add the Holidays for all 4 areas. Some can even be set to auto duplicate, like USA July 4, it's always on the 4th. Others you may have to adjust. I hope this helps. You can leave it unassigned, but if you run the daily/weekly report for unassigned tasks you will see them all there. An option is to assign them to yourself, but choose a deferred status. This way, they won't show in your Workload, but will show on the calendar. You can also choose a Completed status. Me? I choose a deferred so that the holidays show up in purple instead of green. Just a color preference. LOL. 📆👍😅
