I am wanting to create a job card task sequence to manage our customer fulfilment process. Therefore the series of tasks will be duplicated many times- is this possible to set up in Wrike?

Yes, we do that with a complex template we have. Make a seperate templates folder and build the tasks in there. You can pre assign some tasks too. Create a workflow with a template or not scheduled deferred status and mark all of the tasks this status so they dont show on dashboards.

When you need the template right click on it and select duplicate. It will walk you through it at that point.
