Keep table view layout from template, by using project generation through request form

Dear sir, madam,

We defined a table view (new labs table) that works for all projects we do. Attached you'll find a screenshot of the table view from our project template. 

Our wish is that this exact view (active columns and column order) is preserved after the generation of a project through a request form.
