How to upload video to avoid quality degradation

Uploaded video file on Wrike is enlarged and reencoded, which ends up with total file quality dropdown.

Right now sending quick interface operations on sceeen is impossible.

Should I ise another file format, video compression, to avoid that?

Any update on this topic Staphanie.   Is this a similar issue with any images uploaded to Wrike, jpegs, png's and tiff's are they compressed affecting the final assets when they are downloaded for final use?

Have to agree with sentiments of OP, we get very similar results in our tests. @stephen Do we have a time-frame to this ticket now that it's been raised? really need to be able too see all the final details for reviews but everything's coming through as mushy mess.
