How do you edit information on the project? I added a new field of Strategic Priority with a drop down but the older project cannot be edited at the header level.

Your newly created field will need to be added to the parent folder of your old projects. When you.have selected the parent folder you can then click on Table view. Add the column like you did before. Instead of creating a new field, start typing the name of the Custom Field. Once it come up you can then select it. It should then be available for all projects with in that folder.
